1. About Us
- PUFF DEALS is a UK-based online retailer of vaping products and tobacco-free nicotine pouches.
- All products comply with UK regulations including the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations (TRPR) and General Product Safety Regulations.
2. Age Restriction & Age Verification
- You must be 18 or over to purchase any products from this website.
- By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
- During signup or checkout, we require your date of birth for age verification.
- Our driver will check your ID (e.g., passport, driving licence, or PASS-accredited proof-of-age card) at the door. The ID must match the DOB you provided online—any mismatch will result in the order being refused and canceled.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if age cannot be verified, if ID does not match, or if we suspect the order is not for personal use.
- It is illegal to buy these products for anyone under 18.
3. Products & Compliance
- All nicotine-containing products are limited to 20mg/ml maximum strength.
- We do not sell single-use/disposable vapes (banned in the UK since 1 June 2025).
- Products contain nicotine, which is highly addictive. Keep out of reach of children.
- We only sell products that meet current UK safety and notification standards (MHRA where required).
4. Orders & Contracts
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., due to pricing errors, stock issues, or compliance reasons).
All prices include VAT where applicable and are subject to change.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely via [list your providers, e.g., Stripe/Klarna/etc.].
We accept major cards and other methods shown at checkout.
You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

We aim to dispatch orders before 4pm same day (where possible).
Delivery times are estimates only — we are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind
- You have 14 days from receipt to cancel and return items (statutory right).
- Notify us within 14 days, return within a further 14 days.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Unopened & unused items:
- Exchange within 7 days (e-liquids excluded for hygiene reasons).
- Return postage (where applicable) is your responsibility (unless faulty).
Faulty Items:
- Contact us within 30 days if anything arrives damaged or faulty.
- We’ll replace or refund after quick review (photos/return may be required). Includes original delivery costs.
Key Notes
- E-liquids and sealed hygiene items: No returns once opened.
- Refunds to original payment method.
- Your statutory rights are always protected.

8. Liability
- Products are provided “as is”. We are not liable for misuse, incorrect use, or health effects from nicotine products.
- Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the goods.
