1. About Us
- PUFF DEALS is a UK-based online retailer of vaping products and nicotine pouches.
- All products comply with UK regulations including the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations (TRPR) and General Product Safety Regulations.
2. Age Verification & Legal Requirements
18+ Only. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this website. By placing an order, you confirm you meet the legal age requirement.
Checkout: A valid Date of Birth (DOB) is required during the billing process for age verification.
Delivery: Our drivers operate a strict ID check at the door. You must present a valid passport, driving licence, or PASS-accredited card.
- The Match: For your order to be released, the details provided during checkout must match the person at the door. No exceptions.
- Photo ID: You must present a valid physical ID (Passport, Driving Licence, or PASS card). The photo must clearly match the person receiving the order.
- Billing Data: Your ID must match the Full Name and Date of Birth provided in your billing details.
- Outcome: Any discrepancy—including name mismatches or age inconsistencies—will result in the immediate refusal and cancellation of the order.
We do not deliver to third parties. The person who placed the order must be the one to present their ID.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if age cannot be verified, if ID is inconsistent, or if we suspect the purchase is not for personal use.
Legal Notice: It is a criminal offense to purchase these products for anyone under the age of 18.
3. Products & Compliance
- All nicotine-containing products are limited to 20mg/ml maximum strength.
- We do not sell single-use/disposable vapes (banned in the UK since 1 June 2025).
- Products contain nicotine, which is highly addictive. Keep out of reach of children.
- We only sell products that meet current UK safety and notification standards (MHRA where required).
4. Orders & Contracts
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., due to pricing errors, stock issues, or compliance reasons).
All prices include VAT where applicable and are subject to change.
5. Payment
To ensure a secure and transparent transaction, we currently operate exclusively on a Pay on Delivery basis. We do not accept online payments at this time.
Payment Options: We accept Cas, All Major Debit/Credit Cards, and Bank Transfer at your doorstep.
The Process: You only pay once your order has arrived and your age/identity has been verified by our driver.
No Pre-payment: Any request for online payment via third-party links or bank transfers is not from us; we only collect payment in person.
Important: Please ensure you have your chosen payment method ready when our driver arrives to ensure a smooth delivery.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 4pm on the same day (where possible).
Delivery times are estimates only — we are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
- We are currently serving Sheffield only.
7. Returns & Refunds
Change of Mind
- You have 14 days from receipt to cancel and return items (statutory right).
- Notify us within 14 days, return within a further 14 days.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Unopened & unused items
- Exchange within 7 days (e-liquids excluded for hygiene reasons).
- Return postage (where applicable) is your responsibility (unless faulty).
Faulty Items
- Contact us within 30 days if anything arrives damaged or faulty.
- We’ll replace or refund after quick review (photos/return may be required). Includes any delivery costs.
Key Notes
- E-liquids and sealed hygiene items: No returns once opened.
- Refunds to original payment method.
- Your statutory rights are always protected.

8. Liability
“As Is” Basis. All products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Usage & Health: We are not liable for any misuse, incorrect application, or health-related effects arising from the use of nicotine products or hardware. Customers are responsible for reading all manufacturer safety instructions before use.
Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any claim related to your order is strictly limited to the total purchase price paid for the goods in question.
Indirect Loss: We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service or products.
Statutory Rights. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
